SentimentEdge provides sentiment analysis and trading signals for S&P 500 stocks based on news data and machine learning models. Our service includes:

  • API access for data integration
  • Web dashboard for data visualization
  • Machine learning predictions (Edge tier)

User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Providing accurate and complete information

API Usage and Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. You agree not to:

  • Exceed your plan's API rate limits
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limiting
  • Use the API in a manner that could damage or impair the service
  • Resell or redistribute our data without written permission

Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. We offer a 7-day free trial for new users, after which your selected plan's fees will apply.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first payment.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SentimentEdge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SentimentEdge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment losses arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
